Howard Friedman, President
Howard started the Creative revolution in 1985 with the birth of The Creative Print Group. As technology advanced and the needs of our clients became more diverse, Howard opened the doors of The Creative Web Group in 1998, a dedicated sister company specializing in internet and multimedia technology. Howard is a New York native, graduate of Rider University, and father of three sons. He lives in Cherry Hill, NJ with his wife, Holly.

Joel Mordecai, Vice President
Joel has been with Creative since 1994. He has over fifteen years of experience in print communications and over thirty years in sales. He has been instrumental in client relations and growth opportunities. With a BS from Brooklyn College in Brooklyn, New York, he excels in sales, marketing and strategic planning. Joel spends a significant amount of time meeting with his clients and fulfilling all of their corporate needs. He lives with his wife, Susan, and has two sons and a daughter.

Jon Bernstein
Jon, our Director of Web Strategy and Planning, joined The Creative Web Group in 2007. With 15 years experience, Jon has been shaping company's internet strategies since 1997, and has never looked back. Our clients are clearly drawn to his entrepreneurial spirit and immediately recognize that he pours as much energy into their success as they do their own. Jon has served as a speaker at a number of web marketing seminars and sales conferences and is quick to point out that he has been working with Google since the beginning, before they were a household name. Prior to Creative, Jon ran JMB Interactive LLC. Additionally, he is a recipient of web marketing business development awards from The Philadelphia Inquirer as well as Thomas Register. A 1995 graduate of Philadelphia University, Jon lives in Cherry Hill, NJ with his wife, Carolyn, and their two children.

James R. Rose
James has over 15 years experience in the printing business, having joined our company in 2000. He began his sales career in printing everything from business cards to catalogues. Recently he has included web design and marketing to his portfolio to assist clients in achieving their strategic goals. Prior to joining our team, James worked in New York City for Guardian Life Insurance as an Insurance Broker selling life, health and disability insurance. Upon moving to Philadelphia, he sold self insured worker's compensation plans to non-profit organizations.

Jared Friedman
Jared grew up in the marketing industry and started his business career by launching 5 Boroughs, a streetwear clothing company at the age of 15. With a passion for technology-focused business strategies, Jared works with Creative's clients to create innovative, out-of-the-box solutions to take their business to the next level. Before working at Creative, he was based in Manhattan, working as a lead account executive and marketing manager for Akademiks, a $100 million apparel brand. With his recent transition to the Creative family, Jared works with a variety of companies to assemble cost-effective marketing plans using print and digital resources. A product of Cherry Hill and a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh, in his free time Jared enjoys good food, good music, and of course, great company.

Darren McCarthy
Darren came to Creative seven years ago after working in the non-profit world; most recently for The Boys & Girls Club of America and the Betty & Milton Katz Jewish Community Center in Cherry Hill, NJ. This is where he honed his customer service skills and learned to "listen to what people are saying." Since then, he has dedicated himself to increasing awareness about his clients business and in turn enhancing the bottom line.
Always committed to exceeding expectations, Darren offers his clients a full range of communications services, including: creative design, brand strategy, marketing, public relations, e-marketing and web design; from producing a simple brochure to a full-scale advertising campaign. His hands-on approach and whatever it takes attitude means he rolls up his sleeves and jumps right in to get the job done.
A graduate of SUNY New Paltz, Darren lives in Cherry Hill with his wife, Stefanie, and their twin girls.

Roberta Cherry
Roberta has close to 30 years of experience in the commercial printing industry. She is knowledgeable in all aspects of printing - from creation to finished project. Her clients include non-profits, charitable organizations and for-profit companies - all of which receive her undivided attention to detail and budget.

Adam Vinick
Adam has over 13 years of experience in the field of design and printing. He specializes in Corporate Identity and Business Collateral Materials. He's been with Creative for over 10 years. Before that, he was a Senior Designer at Plexus Publishing/Information Today, laying out magazines and books such as Multimedia & Internet@Schools and Computers In Libraries.

George Aponte
George has experienced several exciting periods of growth in the ever changing graphic communications industry since joining the field 1968. His 40+ years of hands-on experience in every stage of graphic production, from concept to completion, makes George an invaluable cornerstone of Creative. Pam Baliski
Pam has over over 15 years of experience in graphic design, prepress and printing. Before joining Creative, she honed her skills working for Comcast as a graphic designer. Since joining us in 2000, Pam has designed logos, brochures, posters and stationary packages for a diverse group of clients. She stays current in the field by using the latest versions of the Adobe Suite and QuarkXPress as one of Creative's team of graphic designers.

Tome Wilson
Tome has over 12 years of experience working in the web development field and over 17 years of experience in graphic design. Before working for Creative, he cut his teeth at Disney Ink & Paint as a staff artist, and Knight Ridder as a graphic designer. Since joining us in 2000, Tome has developed, designed, and programmed over 100+ custom websites. He keeps in practice by honing his HTML, PHP, CSS, database, and Adobe Suite skills every day as Creative's Sr. Web Developer and Server Technician.

Pat has been part of Creative's customer service team since 1995. She brings to her job the experience gained through more than 20 years in the printing industry. Joe Blando
Joe has been with Creative since January 2000 mainly as a Customer Service Rep. He was born in Italy and raised in South Philadelphia. Joe loves all sports but his favorite is the Orange and Black, with the Phillies as a close second!

Karen Absher
Karen has been with Creative since 1990 at which time she was hired as a customer service representative. She now serves as Administrative Assistant to the President along with her many other duties including Office Manger, where Karen provides managerial support, is responsible for all financial and accounting duties and oversees the Customer Service Department.

Ginna Lindell
Ginna has been a part of the Creative Web Group team for 8 years. With over 30 years of hands-on experience in order entry, estimating, customer service, purchasing and production, she considers herself as her customer's advocate, advisor and partner. Ginna is committed to creating a balance between sales and customer relations. She asks the right questions, listens, and works to be sure that your expectations are met. She wants to get it right!
